Moldflow and Moldcool analyses producing vital data for product optimisation, further refined through, Moldwarp and stress analyses resulting in the most accurate and rapid tool and product design.

In-house toolmaking facilities are supplemented by worldwide tool procurement. The design and supply of multiple tools for one finished product can incorporate over 40 different components.

Advanced CAD/CAM (virtual reality engineering), simultaneous engineering and automation analysis all dramatically reduce time to market. (Unigraphics, Delcam, AutoCAD, Catia, Ideas, Pro-E).
