• Material has full FDA approval
• Also called LIM (Liquid Injection Moulding)
• LSR is a thermoset (rubber) with a very wide performance envelope, capable of moulding accurate components with excellent dimensional control in fast cycle times
• LSR formulations can be sourced, which exhibit hardness from 5 on the “00” shore scale (i.e. very soft) to 80 shore A
• LSR holds its physical properties from ca -50 °C to +200°C
• Still one of the few moulders using this material. We have over 20 years of experience designing, developing and tooling LSR components
• In-house 3D design and proto-typing
• Multi-shot moulding with LSR grades that bond to engineering plastics
• Experts at high cavity base cold runner tools, which mould without flash or sprues
